Our position
Roam created the daily-notes and backlink habit that most of this category, Neomas included, still owes it. What it did not do is put that graph in files you own, or make it remember what you decided and what came of it. If you want networked thought with an exit door and a memory, Neomas is the version of that idea we wanted to use ourselves.

What switching looks like
Export and archive the Roam graph before moving. Convert the content to Markdown or another supported text format, then inspect block references and embeds after import because block-level semantics are not identical to document links.
